Below are links to the Board of Review Complaint/Appeal forms in township order. They are legal size paper (8-1/2″ x 14″) but we’ll accept letter size. You can use the search function (Ctrl+F) to search by parcel number or last name.
The appeal deadline is November 12th, 2024. Complaints must be received or postmarked by this date. Complaints received after this date will not be accepted.
CHECKLIST:
- Be sure to sign and date the complaint form
- Include your email address AND phone for scheduling purposes
- Check the appropriate boxes for your complaint
- Include a detailed description of list of reasons as to why you feel the property is incorrectly assessed
- Include what you feel the fair market value of your property is (arrow on document)
- Include pictures with date stamps on the pictures
- If you are appealing multiple parcels, you must file a complaint for each parcel
