  3. Approve minutes from the regular County Board meeting of the April 21, 2020; the special meetings on April 29, 2020 and May 15, 2020 as printed with any corrections or amendments to them.

Highway/Building/Grounds/Environmental/ Zoning/ Welfare—05/12/2020

  1. Approve MFT bids.
  2. Discuss permit request for private fiber cable installation.
  3. Discuss courthouse and jail repairs and updates: Floor drains in the jail-leveling the floor in the court reporters office, ceilings, fountain-frost damage around windows at the jail, and tuck pointing.
  4. Any other matters that properly come before the committee and/or comments or questions from the public.

Executive/Personnel/Liquor/Legislative—5/11/2020

  1. Discuss salaries for elected officials to be (re)elected in November 2020: Coroner, County Chairmanship, County Board members whose term begins 12/1/2020.
  2. Review “return to work” policies for employees/departments due to the COVID19 circumstances.
  3. Extend declaration to continue county buildings to be closed to the public through May 30.
  4. Personnel issues and/or personnel/other county policies/procedures, personnel or labor updates or any other matters or referrals that properly come before the committee and/or questions from the public and/or executive session for any personnel issue.
  6. Audit/Finance/Purchasing/Budget—5/14/20201.
  7. Approve claims as presented for May.
  8. Auditors FY2019 report.
  9. Approve health, dental, vision insurance premium
  10. Discuss GPS tracking to be paid from general fund
  11. Elected officials salaries as referred from Executive/Personnel Committee.
  12. Referrals from Highway/Buildings or any other committee, any other matters that are properly brought before the Committee and/or questions from the public.
