The Highway/Building Committee meeting will be held on

Tuesday, May 12, 2020

at 6:30 p.m.

In accordance with EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-07 issued by Governor Pritzker, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation.

at the Christian County Courthouse

101 S. Main Street, Taylorville, Illinois

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the following topics concerning building, grounds, environmental, zoning, welfare and/or county highway business and /or financial matters:

1. Approve MFT bids.
2. Discuss permit request for private fiber cable installation
3. Discuss courthouse and jail repairs and updates: Floor drains in the jail-leveling the floor in the court reporters office-frost damage around windows at the jail, tuckpointing and any other building issues.
4. Public Comments can be made thru the phone in access.
5. Any other matters that properly come before the committee and/or comments or questions from the public.
