Finance meeting

The Finance Committee meeting will be held on

Thursday, October 10, 2019

at 6:30 pm

in the County Board Meeting Room, second floor of the

Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville, Illinois.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussions and/or motions to approve/adopt and /or deny and/or table and/or amend and/or refer to an appropriate Committee in whole or in part the following:

1. Approve October claims as presented.
2. Recommend Bond documents with Christian County Integrated Community Services
   1.    Loan Agreement.
   2. Mortgage, Assignment of Rents and Profits and Security Agreement.
   3.  Assignment of Construction, Architectural and Engineering Documents.
   4. Resolution of the County Board authorizing the issuance of Bonds.
   5.  Resolution of the Board of Directors of CCICS.
3.    Referral for maintenance vehicle replacement and part time staff.
4.    Recommend to put FY 2020 budget on file for adoption in November.
5.    Approve second claims period in November to be signed by Board Chairwoman.
6. Referrals from any other committee, any other matters that are properly brought before the Committee and/or questions from the public.
